Testicular Cancer

Since an undescended testis is much more prone to cancer, it is logical to give these boys surgery and bring down the testis from the warmth of the abdominal cavity to the cool scrotal sac. Self-examination of the testes, to detect an uneven area of hardening, should be practised.
